On July 15th, Bala Mandir Kamaraj Trust celebrated Education Day with great enthusiasm at Bala Mandir Satyamurthi school. The event was marked with a cultural program, graced by the presence of chief guest Mr. Palanisamy.
Prior to the celebration, the school organized several competitions to commemorate the contributions of a notable figure in education-Shri Kamarajar, our founder. We circulated informative books about his remarkable journey and achievements, encouraging students to read them during library and General Knowledge periods guided by our dedicated teachers.
A series of engaging activities and competitions were conducted, categorized into Junior, Senior, and Super Senior levels. These included quizzes, art, oratorical, and essay writing competitions in both English and Tamil, tailored to each level.
On the celebration day, students showcased their talents, including two winners of the Elocution competition from Satyamurthi school. Padmashree from Class 9 presented her English oration, while Lishanth from Class 7 shared his thoughts in Tamil oration.
The headmistress presented an overview of the celebration, highlighting the winners of each competition. The event was a testament to the students’ creativity and knowledge, and we are proud to have celebrated Education Day 2025 in such a meaningful way.
