On the 10th of March 2026, he Bala Mandir Cultural Centre was in a celebratory mood, packed to the gills with excited children, teachers, staff and members, to celebrate the joyous occasion of our 77th Annual Day programme.
Children from BM Home performed a well-choreographed dance sequence portraying five qualities that are innate in all of us, which we must nurture so that they can blossom – Satyam (Truth), Dharmam (Righteousness), Shanthi (Peace), Premai (Love), and Ahimsai (Non‑violence).
BM MNC children enacted The Blue Jackal, a story from the Panchatantra and effectively conveyed many important lessons essential for human life.
A very interesting mime show was put up by the students of BM Satyamurthi School. The mime showed how the misuse of mobile phones impacts our daily lives. It serves as a reminder for all of us to find a healthy balance with technology.
The BM Vidyalaya Primary School students presented a group dance choreographed to the song – புதியதோர் உலகம் செய்வோம் – “Puthiyathor Ulagam Seivom” based on a poem by Bharathidasan that inspires people to create a new world—one without war, filled only with peace and brotherhood.
