2023, as Education Day.
The programme began with a Welcome Address and was followed by a Villupattu on Karmaveerar Kamarajar by the Vidyalaya Primary School students, which has been a long-standing tradition.
An English speech was given by two Vidyalaya school students on Kamarajar as their inspiration. This was accompanied by photographs of Sri. Kamarajar.
The Satyamurthi Higher Secondary School students made a presentation on Kamarajar’s Connect with Bala Mandir, and appropriate pictures were shared.
Our helper staff were honoured as a tradition of Bala Mandir with a beautiful hand-made paper rose and loud appreciative applause from our children.
Justice (Retd) Ms. Prabha Sridevan, Madras High Court, who also joined us as a Trustee recently, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. She connected to the children through her simple but effective speech.
