Bala Mandir is a social organization driven by dedicated volunteers, supported by a team of paid staff and professionals who handle routine operations. Volunteers play an important role in all of Bala Mandir’s activities.
- Volunteers who can share their talent and time with children of various age groups in Bala Mandir and those from the economically weaker section who access our various educational and other programmes.
- Professionals interested in working part time on short assignments and sharing their expertise to enhance the functioning of an NGO like Bala Mandir.
