The programme had Mr. Sunil Paliwal – past Collector of the Kanya Kumari District and presently Managing Director, Aavin and Commissioner of Milk Production and Dairy Development as the Chief Guest. Mr. Sajjan Singh Chavan, District Collector, Kanyakumari and Ms. Meena Dev, Municipal Chairman, Nagercoil, were Guests of Honour. The founder members were felicitated during the function and the home children presented a short cultural programme.”
