On December 13th, 2014 the S. Manjubhashini Memorial Seminar was held. It is the third in a series of "Children's Rights & Responsibilities - Engalukkum Urimai Undu". Teachers from Bala Mandir and city schools who are handling adolescent children attended the programme. A panel of children from Bala Mandir presented the Children's Charter through songs, dialogue and role plays. Bala Mandir Research Foundation’s latest publication - Balar Padalgal - set of two books in Tamil for children was also released on the day.
